What courier do you use for deliveries?
We use Dunzo and SwiggyGo to send most of our orders. We deliver by cab to places that exceed 80 minutes ETA from our kitchen.
How long does it take for home delivery?
It takes 20 minutes for preparation and about 20/40/60 minutes minimum to deliver, as per your location. We request you to plan accordingly and place your order.
I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?
Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including your junk and spam as it will come from a no-reply email address.
If the mail still hasn’t reached you, then we request you to contact [email protected] to let us fix any error.
Can I collect from the store?
Yes, you may collect your order from our kitchen located at Rajajinagar as per your convenience.
Do you deliver on the weekend?
Yes, we do deliver throughout the weekend.
Do you take pre-orders?
Yes, we do take pre-orders for all days of the week, except for Mondays. You can, however, order on a Monday to have it delivered the next day.
Can I track my item?
While there are no current tracking facilities available with our delivery, we do update you on the status of your order from the time it is prepared to when it leaves the kitchen.

Can someone else sign for my delivery?
Yes, it does not have to be the addressee as long as he/she is authorized by you to receive the order and is aware of the order details.
I'm new, how do I order?
Ordering at Suhsimen is simple! You can start by viewing our menu from the categories available. You can add your order to the cart and continue browsing for more, if needed. Once you’re done with picking the order (you can view tour order on the cart), click on checkout, following which you will have to fill billing and shipping details. You can pick your payment method here.
The next step is to click the box titled ‘I have read and agreed to the website terms and conditions’. Click on ‘Place Order’ This is will direct to the payment page. At the conclusion of payment you will receive our confirmation mail sent to you in your registered email address.
What are the available payment methods?
Once you have placed your order, you will be directed to a payment link page wherein you can choose to pay through your cards, UPI or Netbanking.
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards.
How do I apply a promotional code?
If and when available, coupon/promotional codes can be added just before filling in your billing details on the box titled ‘have a coupon?’
Do your prices including GST?
Our prices are NOT inclusive of GST. We charge a flat rate of 5% GST for all orders.

How do I know if my order was successful?
You will receive an automated email to confirm your order has been received, and is being processed. You will receive a further confirmation email citing the completion of your order once it has been packed and is ready to leave our kitchen.

Is it possible to change the address/cancel or amend my order?
For any changes to your order, please call or mail us immediately after placing the order. We can attempt to stop or amend your order . If it is not possible, we will advise you on the next steps.
Why am I missing an item in my delivery?
In the rare occasion that we miss an item in any order will be refunded immediately. If we are out of stock, you will be informed beforehand.
How do I return an item?
We do not accept returns on orders. For more details please view our cancellations and refunds policy.
How long will it be before I get a refund?
Refunding an order takes not more than 15 working days as per the processes of your bank. For more details please view our Cancellation and Refunds policy.

Are you open on all days?
We are open 11 AM to 10 PM, Tuesday to Sunday, except for Mondays, when we are closed. We get ready to take orders from 11 AM and accept the last order at 10 PM.
